Do not use DataDrop to distribute malware, material you have no right to distribute, or content unlawful in your jurisdiction. Accounts found doing so are terminated without refund.
Paid tiers target 99.9% monthly availability. Credits are issued against the following month's invoice on request.
Payloads are deleted when their link expires, or within 30 days of account closure, whichever comes first.
Account email, billing identifiers, transfer metadata (size, timestamps, checksums) and access logs retained for 30 days.
We do not inspect payload contents and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.
